The Perfect Spritz for Aperitivo Hour

For our recent Aperitivo experience at Le JARDIN, we wanted to serve a drink that captured the spirit of la dolce vita while celebrating an exceptional Australian producer. Our choice was an easy one: The RoRo Aperitivo Spritz and Zoncello Limoncello Spritz from Zonzo Estate.

Crafted in the Yarra Valley and inspired by timeless Italian classics, both spritzes perfectly complemented the afternoon. The RoRo offered rich red fruit, gentle spice and a refreshing bittersweet finish, while the Zoncello brought bright citrus, sparkling wine and the nostalgic flavour of lemon sorbet.

Shared alongside a Mediterranean-inspired grazing table and good company, they became the perfect accompaniment to a slow afternoon at Le JARDIN.
