  • The Papi Package includes dry hire of our beautifully restored 1978 Italian Piaggio Ape, delivery, setup, collection and styling of the vehicle. It's the perfect option for couples and brands who already have their own food, drinks or suppliers.

  • We're based on the Gold Coast and travel throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales, including Brisbane, Byron Bay, the Tweed Coast and the Sunshine Coast. If your event is further afield, we'd still love to hear from you.

  • The Piaggio Ape sits at 3m x 1.5m and can fit into most venues, gardens and private properties. If you're unsure whether it will fit your space, we're happy to help assess your venue.

  • Absolutely. We can tailor the styling with florals, signage, branding, colours and decorative details to suit your wedding, celebration or event.

  • The Papi Package is dry hire only. If you're looking for a fully hosted experience with food, drinks and service, we recommend our Aperitivo Package or La Dolce Vita Package.

  • Yes. You're welcome to work with your own caterers or suppliers, or we can recommend some of our trusted local partners.

  • Yes. The Piaggio can be displayed both indoors and outdoors, provided there is suitable access. We can work with your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Our dates are limited, particularly during wedding season. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

  • The Piaggio can be used under cover or relocated where possible. We'll work with you and your venue to find the best solution if wet weather is forecast.

  • Absolutely. Piaggio Papi is designed to be part of the experience and often becomes one of the most photographed features of the day.

  • Yes. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to your event. Full payment terms will be provided with your proposal.
